Shipping & Handling Policy
Shipping Method
After you add an item to your Shopping Cart, you select your preferred shipping method. Perishable items should be shipped via Priority Overnight Shipping (1 day). Non-perishable items can be shipped via Ground Delivery Shipping (2-7 business days). If you are buying both perishable and non-perishable items at once, you should classify your entire order as perishable.
Ground shipping does not guarantee shipping by a certain date. Therefore, there are no refunds for early or late arrivals. If you want your order to arrive on a specific date, you can choose the Priority Overnight Shipping method and then pick the date you prefer.
Shipping and Handling Charges
Free shipping for orders over $350
Flat rate shipping prices are for items shipping out Monday-Thursday, excluding heavy items:

Saturday delivery is available for $45.
If your order is a combination of dry and perishable goods, the most you’ll be charged for is $30 for shipping on Monday-Thursday, or $45 if it ships on Friday.
A handling fee of $5 is added to the shipping flat rate cost for orders below $50. Orders with a total cost above $50 have no handling fees.
Heavy Products
Some products are marked as heavy. For each heavy item in the cart, an extra per-lb charge is applied:

- With Priority Overnight Shipping: an extra $2.95 per lb

Order Deadlines
Orders will arrive the next day if placed before 2 PM EST Monday-Thursday if Priority Overnight Shipping was picked at checkout. Orders placed anytime after 2 PM EST will be shipped next day and delivered in one day, oders placed after 2 PM EST on Thursday will arrive the following Tuesday. No orders are processed or shipped on weekend days.
Due to shipping limitations, we are unable to ship packages for delivery on the following holidays or the day after: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
Saturday Delivery
Saturday delivery is available using Priority Overnight Shipping only. An extra Saturday Delivery Fee will be applied ($45). To receive a delivery on Saturday, you must select the respective box during checkout. Orders must be placed by 11 AM EST on Friday.
Please note that some locations are not available for Saturday delivery.
P.O. Boxes
We are unfortunately unable to accept orders for delivery to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Product Freshness
Here at Marky’s, we are dedicated to ensuring the safe, efficient delivery of all of our products. To this end, we are constantly researching, developing, and improving our FreshShip packaging system. We use an airtight, fully insulated, temperature-retaining packaging system that keeps its contents cool for either a full 48 hours in ambient temperatures of up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit or 24 hours in temperatures of up to 105 degrees Fahrenheit. Through the use of the FreshShip packaging system, we can absolutely guarantee that the food products you receive from us are in the same fresh condition they were in when they left our facility.
The FreshShip system combines a reusable, seamless, molded polystyrene cooler chest with a non-toxic refrigerant gel pack and strategically placed chips of dry ice. Your perishable foods are temperature controlled within the confines of the polystyrene, which is encased in an outer cardboard shipper itself. To further contain temperature escalation, we fill the remaining areas with void fill to minimize the amount of air circulating within the system. As an added bonus, you get to keep the cooler and the refrigerant gel packs to use for your next picnic or road trip. During the winter, we may utilize a less robust system for the colder states.
Due to possible delays in the transportation process, part of the product may be frozen to preserve freshness. Some products have been subjected to thermal treatment to preserve freshness and taste.
We ask that you (or someone you know) are available at the delivery address to sign for the package and refrigerate any perishable items as soon as possible. If you choose to leave the package at your door, Marky’s will not take responsibility if perishable items spoil. To feel the genuine freshness of the products you buy, please make any necessary preparations in advance.
Returns and Exchanges
All merchandise is guaranteed to be fresh and should be inspected immediately upon arrival. Credit will not be granted if unsatisfactory items are discarded or partially consumed. Please keep all packaging intact for any returns. All claims must be made within 24 hours of receipt of shipment and a return authorization code will be issued. Once the claim is received and accepted by Marky’s, we will automatically re-ship merchandise. No returns will be accepted without this code.

If your package has arrived damaged or tampered with, please contact the carrier (UPS or FedEx) and our Customer Service Department.
